Perhaps the limited availability stuff (mounts/clothes/companions etc) should have a section and similarly the promotional items?
Feedback:High Level Set Visibility
Would be good if the Epic gear sets were visible even at low levels.
Feedback: Images of Sets
Would be great if the sets had in game pictures of the set so you can see what they actually look like?
Gear sets are visible at all levels in the collection system. However there is currently a bug where you can only see the Epic equipment and Sharandar stuff if you hit the by location button.
As for images, every collection set has an image next to it. Currently most are placeholders, but in the future, they will show what the equipment set looks like. The companion section is complete and you will see that next to each set there is an image showing several of the companions from that set.
Then there is a bug with the HR as I couldn't see the Epic or Sharandar sets up to level 10 this morning.
Like I said, you can't see epic and sharandar stuff currently unless you hit the by location button. This effects everyone and isn't class or level specific.

I am a little disappointed to see that my Faithful Initiate and the Drow Mercenary are not included, but I can understand why.
Hoping for improvements...

Feedback: Blue set Can we get titles for the the blue sets that come from a mixture of the AD vendor and crafting? I'm referring to Covert Brigand, Arcane Wanderer, Daring Outlaw, etc. Also, while you are at, how about lowering the prices of those pieces so they are reasonable or adding the helm to a future event like you did the chest piece.
I would love the collection system to have all the gear and their models for visualization, so you could plan your character look with it!
It should at least have all the purple gear drops That would be amazing.

Looking over the companion section and I'm a bit curious how the point system works there. While on a whole it seems to be the higher the quality, the higher the points, but there is a lot of variation. Purple companions are both 4 and 5 points, there is a blue worth 5 points. I also see most whites are worth 1 point, but there are some worth 2 or 3 points.
Bug: Collection UI If you close the Collection window when "missing items only" is selected and then reopen it, "missing items only" is still selected by the list isn't filtered as such. Deselecting it at this point will now filter the list to only show missing items.
I haven't read all posts and I'm sure it has been discussed, but I wish the collection is account wide, not just character. I get that the CW gear doesn't count for my TR, but i got a boar with one and a pig with the other, got a shadow wolf with one not the other... the exemples go on and on. I can't possibly farm everything for them all.
I dont know what kind of rewards we are talking about with collections, but if I as a person played till i got something special, it should be on all characters.

They're just points that don't actually grant you anything. And they shouldn't, imo. Collecting is for its own sake, not for buffs.

I disagree. I think it would be great if the collection system offered some sort of rewards besides titles in the future. Though the rewards should be more towards the fluff side of things. Fashion, unique mounts, etc. as opposed to things that would make the player more powerful.
Of course, I also think the same thing about the achievement system (which I would love to see expanded).

Fluff would be fine. What bothers me is that, for example, you cannot complete any of the companion collections without Zen shop purchases, so adding any kind of player reward to it other than fluff would be that thing which cannot be named.
And much of the time when I see players saying they want more rewards, or the rewards for something aren't good, it's because they're not being made more powerful.

Which is probably why companion points are separate from epic equipment points.
I do not like the system. Once again, the basic idea is good, but the implementation is lacking. Collections should only represent items gained in game or vie the zen store. Founder packs, starter packs, promotional achievements, and Foundy authoring stuff should not be included. Or, if they are included they should be put in a completely separate area. This just seems like another lame attempt to suck money out of players.
In fact, this marketing stuff is so pervasive, offensive, and off base that I am going to start a new movement in the player community to express my desire for Cryptic, and Neverwinter, to be free of the marketing leeches at PWE. When I say leeches, I mean it in the literal sense to explain the dynamic of the relationship and its impact on Cryptic and Neverwinter. I do not mean it as some sort of slur, but to explain that the economic structure set forth by PWE is sucking the life blood from the game and holding back the success of the developer.

I can understand being against the pack companions being in the collection and promotional companions aren't included, but what is wrong with including the companions gained from the foundry achievements?

Which is one reason why Companion collections do not have any bonus associated with completing them.
Bug: Shieldmaiden Location
I don't know where you get her from but I have checked the Grand Emporium that is her listed location and she is neither a regular nor exotic companion available from there.

Feedback So this is my first time looking at this thread, skimming through it I'm fairly sure I didn't see this. But items equipped to pets that are in collections do not register until you drag them off pets and into inventory. I wouldn't call this a bug, since it's fairly easy to fix. I just wanted to make awareness of this.
(My ioun stone of might had the Icon of the prophet champion slotted since I upgraded to CN. It didn't register until I dragged it into my bags.)
Feedback: Level Adjusting Gear In the HR feedback thread we have been discussing the bonuses given by their armor sets as part of feedback, so I went onto the server and cracked open the Collection and added up the numbers. Posted and got a response that those numbers are low. Level Adjusting the Epic gear for my level 40 toon is not actually helpful. If the gear has a minimum level req it should show as if the character is that minimum level, regardless of the actual level of the character.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin Obsidian Oath - Warlock A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
Feedback: Epic Equipment by Slot It would be nice if the Epic Equipment category could be sorted by slot, in addition to by location. It would make it more convenient to see if you've collected all the helms or all the cloaks, and to compare them.
As far as the companion collections go, wouldn't the Con Artist be more appropriate in the "Rogues of Neverwinter" collection rather than in the "Warriors of Neverwinter" collection?
Comments
That is correct. None of the promotional companions are included in the collection.
But the quickling is a promotional companion yet he/she is on the collection list? isn`t this contradicting?
The last patch removed him from the collection lists. Same for Mystic Pheora.
