Anyone else catch this bit in there: Companions will bestow different bonuses on their heroes, even when they're not active.
That could be very interesting and finally a reason to buy Idle slots.
I'm sure many caught it. This will also give a purpose to active companions in high level content where they are quickly slaughtered. Now they will still provide their owners some benefit.
The catch may be that this ability of companions to give a passive benefit may not kick into until level 30, compelling players to pay to level their other than purple companions.
Ppl are misunderstanding the meaning of new paragon path here. Paragon path consists 1 daily, 1 encounter, 1 at-will and 3 class features. The current Paragon FEAT trees will be reworked to work with both paragon paths but no new feat trees will be added.
You don't know if new paragon feat trees will be added or not. At this point, so far as I know, it's all speculation by the players as to how this will be implemented. If you have seen detailed, specific information, I'm sure we'd all like a link to it.
Edit:
Actually, after thinking about it a bit, I believe you are probably right, that the additions will be as you say, with no new trees added, but the current ones simply reworked to accommodate the added path.
Nah, I found it. Weapon switch will be your tab skill.
This is exactly how I thought they are going to do it - switch between melee and ranged stiles with tab key. I am so glad they didn't make the Ranger a pure melee class or a pure ranged class. Though the Ranger is not the class I wanted, I am really curious to see how it plays.
I hate dancing with Lady Luck. She always steps on my toes.
Wow, this is going to be interesting, and we'll probably have hundreds of new rangers the day they are released.
More paragon paths are great too, daggermaster for TR? I dind't read that anywhere, I widh I could find more info on that.
I hope the foundry will have some very needed love too

All of the various powers were posted back when Feywild was on the preview server, though who knows how much they changed since then.
Seems like TR gonna be "bye bye" after this
But seriously, mix of ranged and melee class won't be good (at least we know what will be on tab, wonder how will it work?) for PvP for sure

Daggermaster. It is ranged attack focused.
