How do I access the Test Shard?

hi. how to use that test server? i mean if i want to test all sets with diffirent enchantments .... i can not get that gear any where like. I thought i could get any gear i want and try it.. lik e for free.. Is it like you only use gear and stuff you got and then if you put stones in gear how you pull it out to test with other gear? you delet test server and copy charachter there again? Really don't get it.

    Cant even access it, when is it planed to be brought back ?

    Yes, you can basically only test with things you already own. You can repeatedly copy your character and buy your own junk on the AH to amass tons of ADs to pay for services, or you could make multiple copies to test enchantment combinations without having to remove them at all.

    It was down all day yesterday and still today. Any word on whats up? Did I miss a post about this or something?

    I'm not sure why the Preview Shard is unavailable (if it isn't, I haven't checked) but I assume it's because they are working on it for some reason, haha.
    I'll ask tomorrow when the CM's get in and see if I can't wrestle the details out of them.
