Alchemy: Alchemists of Neverwinter have made a breakthrough in the manufacture of Potions of Stamina. "They have figured out a way for these potions to also strengthen the arms of Guardian Fighters, increasing their ability to block incoming damage."

Will this not make GF's much stronger in PVP? They already outclass everyone in PVP events at level 60.

Just to clarify, this doesn't give the GF any special advantage, but makes the potion useful for them in the exact same way it's useful for every other class, because the GF has a guard meter (for blocking) instead of a stamina meter (for dodging).

The Potion of Stamina didn't restore Guard Meter, the Guardian Fighter's equivalent of stamina. In other words the GF were not getting the benefit they should have as beckylunatic stated.

However, do those potions even work in PvP? If they don't, as I suspect they shouldn't, the point is a bit moot.

    Origin of request: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?502171-Alchemy-Potion-of-Stamina-problem

I requested that it cover Guard Meter because it was not fair that all the other classes, except GF, benefitted from this potion.

And no, it does NOT work in PvP, tested it... So the point is moot.
