Missing items from Drop Boxes

After Opening a number of boxes I was informed that I received 3 mounts, a companion, a number of cachets, an Idol, and a trade bar Jackpot. However the only thing that was in the list of what I won that arrived in my inventory at all was the cachets, and the idol.

Is there some place that they may have landed that I am not seeing. I only have the two packs/satchels but even my idle companion packet is empty. The only Mount I have is the horse that I already had. As the Mount and Companion were the reasons for my opening the boxes.

Any Help would be wonderful.

I am really hoping to get a responce from anyone. The lock Boxes that I opened resulted in these items that I won, and would really like to recieve them. However they have never arrived in my inventory. I am starting to get upset as this is millions of AD and I can not get a responce here, via email, Gm request or bug Reports.

Is there anyone that is willing to take just a moment and talk with me? Please?

The forum is mostly a place for letting other players know about bugs. And none of us can do anything about this.

In-game bug reports don't get replies, unless it's a request for further information that could help with a fix.

A customer service representative should email you in response to a GM help request. They don't respond here.

At this point I have gotten no response from anything. Lost items are a big deal to those that are not massive players. As THERE IS NO RESPONSE via email, reports, gm request, or anything when I ask for it, I will take any way needed. Even on the slim hope a Dev or Mod will pass on the info to those who need it. After all the forum is also for devs and mods to learn about the bugs too....

I understand this is not a helpful topic for other players. However Lack of responding to players has been a real problem from day one in this game. I have been with cryptic for years and other games you get some form of communication. The system is broken there for bugged if I have to post on here in HOPES of someone seeing my reports as there is no reason for me to think they have seen the GM tickets or the Bug ones with nothing having EVER been done when I ask for help. Only people here on the forum have never responded.

Though again, my original question was for others. Is there a place I may not know to look for these items if not in inventory or idle companion slots?
