Return to Neverwinter redeem key doesn't work

I've been trying to redeem my key for two days now...multiple times a day and I get the same error every time: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again". I bought the founder's pack and had a few other keys as well. I seem to get this error all the time. What's the deal with the key redemption? How do I fix this?

    People who are encountering the error message are still managing to get the stuff from the reward claim vendor in-game. Have you tried that yet?

    same problem here and vendor doesnt have anything new. I wonder if those keys are account bound, coz i got mine from my brother.

    More than likely it is tied to the account. I have another account that I got the email for and used the key with no problems.

    still not working :(

    can anyone from cryptic confirm this if there are any restrictions on usage of these keys?

    Key was not for me, it's my bros key. I didn't stop playing since release, so there could be account restriction. That's why I'm asking.
