Fey poitions of healing and heroism pots

The campaign mentions these items are available after the 'node' is unlocked, however I cannot seem to locate them anywhere.

Am i missing something or is this a bug?

    It has been a bug for quite a while. Would be nice if we could buy potions.

    You can still buy/sell them, but only under certain conditions.
