TR's Shocking Execution's being undodgeable and having a huge range is the only truly unbalanceable skill left in the game (if you exclude aging Greater Tenebrous in certain builds across classes).
The number of times I have seen targets being felled from over half health by a TR with 0.5% HP well outside of melee range left is insane! It's not enough to have TR's damage be supremely front-loaded due to Stealth, difficult to pin mid-fight due to Impossible to Catch, ability to escape almost any situation at any time, but on top of that they get an I-WIN button...

Shocking Execution is dodgable but very very difficult to do because the dodge has to be done the exact same time Shocking Execution is set off. This reader should have read the posts done by other players including CWs. A CW's ice knife is capable of doing 37k+ of damage on a FULL health target. CWs also have longer range attacks. I have been killed instantly several times with full health when a CW sets off Ice knife because it does heavy damage. Do I think either attack is unbalanced? No, I think the balance on both is good because they both do heavy damage to single targets. Players who complain about balance and want nerfs should keep in mind every class will be *balanced* at the same time in the name of *balance*.

It is because GFs are tanks and can block just about everything unless it comes from behind. The same with Ice Knife on CWs it seems only GFs can block it. It is called balance because TRs and CWs are much more squishy than GFs.

I play a TR as my main, and I also agree that Shocking is HAMSTER. There is no way to dodge it, unless you get lucky because of the constant bugs and random HAMSTER that happens in this game.
GF's can...everyone else is getting hit
But...it really doesn't seem to matter to anyone in Cryptic anyway, its just 1 ability in a giant line of HAMSTER that needs to be fixed, so just have to deal with it. /shrug

Then when you scale them against what other classes can do in comparison, then you start to see balance.
Example:
TR Daily ability, Shocking Execution, which TR has lowest AP regeneration rate so you will only see SE maybe twice a match, maybe 3 or 4 times if the TR is really involved...
vs...
Ice Knife, which deals out massive amounts of damage from the highest AP generation class, especially from a CW who is Oppressor build and stacks chill very quickly, while wearing High Vizier.
vs
Devoted Cleric who can drop Hallowed Ground to support their entire team with defense and Offense boosts just about every 2 minutes or so just from standing on 2 and healing and defending their team...
vs
Guardian Fighter busting out the Bouncing Betty about once every 2 minutes to toss around TR's and CW's without impunity

GWF ...well..their AP got nerfed...

^ It would be better if you said "Nerf the TR" complainer because the name "whiner" could be an issue. On the other hand you seem to be completely correct herk412 in my opinion since fondlez continuously ignores the *unbalanced* abilities in the other classes which have been mentioned before fondlez started spreading the pro nerf TR agenda. Honestly, every class has abilities that can be considered *unbalanced*. Singling out only one and wanting it nerfed clearly shows hatred toward the class that has it in my opinion. Thank you Fondlez, for the Tera free level 58 character post. In my opinion Tera is twice the size of Neverwinter but has a much longer grind to get up in levels. Neverwinter has its good aspects and its bad, like the limited content when a player finishes the storyline. Tera has its good aspects and its bad, like the long grind to level 60.

I don't see why people are saying that PvP is unbalanced at all. As a CW, I am able to kill any class at any time (with the exception of some that are better skill-wise than me, and sent. GWF when I do not have daily up, which is semi-rare). Honestly, I might have to say that CW is possible one of the strongest classes in the game in PvP IF PLAYED CORRECTLY. If you don't play it right, then you get stomped, it's just how it works.

It's one thing to ask for small corrections or buffs to our preferred classes. But when players come out speaking so strongly against an individual class, their bias becomes very obvious.
I would hope that each class would have three feat lines worth choosing, in the end. That doesn't mean we should nerf what each class can do, but increase their options. The downside of this is that many who are focused and not willing to see the big picture, want buffs that do too much. Like the players who want destroyer GWF's to have the same tank as a sentinel. There has to be some trade off, and sentinels make that trade at the moment. That is only an example of what each class is having arguments over, at the moment.

As a GWF, I don't agree. CC's are annoying, but they are a very effective strategy on the battlefield, and providing MORE immunities would further hinder them. Each class has a massive amount of immunities they can play upon, between dodges and teleports and sprint and unstoppable and block and impossible to catch/stealth, etc, etc, etc. Each class can spec so that CC's are less effective, and this should be something considered in the build.
That said, I will argue that the most powerful form of CC in any game, the knockdown, is far too prevalent in this game for all classes. Due to animation issues and the amount of time a player is unable to act after a knockdown, it would be far better to make all knockdowns have a much longer recharge time. Though it would be a major nerf to our pvp effectiveness, I would push for our Knockdown encounter to double in recharge time, simply because I know how effective it is.
Knockback is one thing, especially when you get ping-pong between DC's and GF's. But you aren't incapacitated. Chock, stun, daze, slow ... all understandable and avoidable. Knockdown, on the other hand? Far too much of it, especially from GWF's and GF's.
And Knockback with a knockdown? Broken mechanic, in my opinion.
