Half-Elf Question

For the Dilettante class feature are you able to choose which non-class attribute gets +1? If not is there a way to figure out which stat will get it for a certain class? Also can it be in addition to the +2 from your racial bonus?

ie as a half-elf TR con is a secondary stat so could I theoretically get +3 con?

Edit: after reviewing old posts it was stated that a DC got +1 int from it, which is listed as the first of the secondary stats on the wiki. For a TR int is listed as the first of secondary stats as well, can anyone confirm that TR gets +1 int?

I've actually seen guides to min-maxing your half-elf that say you simply must keep loading into the tutorial until you get the desired random stat.

Seems tedious to me, but I actually care about how my guys look.

I believe you could end up with +3 to a stat, but I might be way off base.
