Utility slot cloak

There is a cloak from a quest I think that has a utility slot, its a rare cloak with either 400 or 500 totaly stas on it... anyone know where it comes from?

    Equip: +133 Power
    Equip: +133 Recovery
    Equip: +110 Armor Penetration
    Equip: +109 Defense
    Utility Slot
    Requires Class: Control Wizard
    Requires Level: 60

    You can get it from the chest in Gnarlroot Caves.

    There is also another Bound on Equip Neck that has a utility slot which you might find in the auction house: Amulet of Mourning (125 Power, Recovery and Lifesteal).

    Tip: I have a set of gear with silvery enchantments and swap it in just before a PvP match ends. +24% glory is quite nice, especially while the Arena PvP event is active for even more extra glory.

    EDIT: Just to clarify, the Amulet of Mourning can be used by ANY CLASS, not just CW. Just check out the Auction House and select "Neck" and "1 Slot: Utility" as a search option.

    I don't suppose you know where this Amulet of Mourning drops naturally?
