    No worries mate - am head down in my current project so have only been skimming forums. Cave was literal as I am deep in cavern construction at the moment.

    Saw this happen a bit last night and reported it.
    Something about what I was seeing caused me to wonder though - both quests I was trying to play were showing 4 Reviews and 6 Plays. A quick look through the reviews they have listed shows many more than that...

    Caused me to wonder if somehow the quests are getting a phantom version stored on the servers when they progress out of the For Review tab (getting that 5th review). Is anyone else seeing their old versions show up with more than 4 Reviews?

    I just made a new quest which will be a part of a line. I am having the same issues as all. Glad I checked here cause I am getting people tell me that they can also not find what I have just published.

    This is actually a pretty serious issue - even more so with the fact that players are not even aware of the bug, much less which version should they play. It's not that annoying if you just make some cosmetic changes to the quest, but when you fix a major mistake that you didn't notice before publishing?

    Changing instances in PE did nothing to me, I only saw my updated version when I moved to Chasm map.

    I am having this issue and can't get my mission on one of my toons. I went to every city trying and nothing :(

    ... Kithlis may be on to something with this. It does seem to get stuck on versions prior to the 5-review mark, until there is shard maintenance that resets everything.

    That's the exact problem I'm having with my quest at the moment.
    Strangely, if I'm already in someone else's foundry quest, or even another of my own, it shows what it should be showing. But if I'm just wandering around in PE, it shows the way it was when it only had 4 reviews, and if I play it I get the old version.

    Any updates on this one?

    Still finding the best workaround is to go into another foundry, and then use the catalog to find the most recent updates on other quests.

    This has been "under investigation" for 10 weeks.

    I noticed this the other day again, my quest hadn't been republished for weeks but it was still showing a varying number of reviews.
    My Foundry Quests:

    The Silver Sword - NW-DEIPWYISA - Daily Qualified
    A Relaxing Stay - NW-DEEYNZYZ9 - Daily Qualified but going to be updated

    It seems changing characters and/or instances can cause the current version to appear.

    My guess is that updates are not being published to all instances.

    Unfortunately @bazgc's observation indicates that even the weekly maintenance isn't sufficient to get the current version to all instances.
