Well from what i see He has so much low dexterity TR on 60 shall have 28-29 + 22STR and no need charisma aswell another thing is the gear TR with less than 600 arpen is completely useless TR shall have atleast 2000arpen 3000critt rest to power and aswell in fights try use immpossible to catch + smokebomb and stealth so u wont need to use pots at all only in extreme situations.
Well, max starting primary stat would be 18+2 racial +6 bonus every 10 level +1 for fire and you get a max of 27 in primary stat (if your race has a bonus in his primary stat otherwise it's 25). I don't know how many rogues you've seen with 28-29 in DEX but that would be near to none.
For the rest that would be good advice but 2000 arpen is hard to get in the first stage of epic gear (as he clearly seems to be)

Not hard to get 2000 you need 2 pice of pvp sett + 2 pvp daggers 1 10k armor from ah and 1 pice of head gear 10k from ah an you will have 1700 and not spend 1 enchant ,its super easy to get 2k arp.
Absolutely not. theres nothing really wrong with him at all. He's actually in pretty good shape. I really dont see what the problem is. Its pretty much like I said before, he's probably just generally not that good at playing a rogue or something.
His gearscore is a whole 1k higher than mine on one rogue, and almost 1.5k or so higher than my other.
His offensive stuff is good.

Let me be honest with u. His gear is a bunch of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. Every semi-casual player should be able to buy at least 4 pcs of GG T1 gear at 60. As it seems he or u are buying some zen or packs, it will be even easier and smarter to purchase some good gear from ad got by zen exchanging. U should aim not for random gear which seems uber to ur bf. U should aim for 4pcs set in case he's a good player and will be utilizing it to max out the profit, and for 2+2 set pcs in case he's just a carebear. Ofc there are good sets, like GG T2 , but this is mainly for pvp, so if he sucks at pvp(which seems much to be the case), not a very good end game choice. This one is easiest to get of all T2 sets tho. Week of participating in GG and he will be done (if he will not fail at Fardelver). The best pve or overall set is Swashbuckling captain set. It gives u nice stats and 4pcs set bonus gives u 1k power and recovery for free. This set is the most expensive too(if u gonna buy it). But u can try farming it, although Im sure ur bf will be kicked out of any group just after they'll see his gear. He can try farming T1 dungeons for shadow walker set, which is very good too. But this will also be not that easy. And he should aim for particular stats. for exec TR, stats value is Crit(until 48-50%)>ArPen(until u hit hard cap)>Power>Recovery. And I recommend to buy augment pet too.
Ok, next. His powers suck deck. As it seems from SS, he uses wicked reminder in open world pve. No wonder he dies like np. Wicked is only useful on fat mobs in dungs, where u can stack it and maintain stacks. Otherwise its a waste of slot. As I can see from another SS, he even maxed ItC. But he dies a lot and still not uses this. Well, he's not very smart or he's a horrible gamer. Or he's just playing cuz u r playing and he doesnt get a clue whats going on in this game. I recommend at least using ItC. Or, if he continues to die, tell him to use smoke as 2nd utility. And all in all, his choice of powers to max suck horse deck too. He maxes some powers that (I bet 2 m AD) he doesnt use. He maxed Courage Breaker. I have never seen person in his sanity maxed Courage breaker. He hadnt maxed sly flourish. Thats another thing beyond my comprehension. If u use smth like 90% of time, u want it to be maxed. So if he uses smth, tell him at least to max it. Maybe he will stop dying.(I doubt that will help much tho). He maxed whirlwind of blades but not uses it. Another weird thing. That can be a live saver in Sharandar, where u sometimes getting surrounded by 387246 of small redcaps, who are 2-hits for u but u dont have aoe to kill em quick. Tell him to use Blitz and Whirlwind if he wants to survive these.
He wasted Abilities for wisdom as already been said. U want a rogue to have cha and str bonus, which u want higher is up to u and ur toon goals.
His feats are another joke. Let him just use someone's build as u've been adviced. He has absolutely no clue about what hic toon needs. He chose feats for their names it seems. or maybe he got indoctrinated, idk, but some choices are horrible.
Again, maybe he will find it easier to play as GF or GWF. These classes are more tanky. If he just presses buttons for fun, he'll be dying a lot less with them. But let him use a guide again to level toon. Otherwise we will see a new thread "Why is my bf is so weak as GF\GWF\DC\CW\Warlock\whatever"

Thank you every 1 for taking the time to help me. Ive posted everything you requested. But I do want to answer what some people are saying and that is "maybe my bf just does not no how to play a TR" The problem there is I play his TR too and Ive noticed how weak he is. Even killing a red cap is a big job and Ive been killed by them unless I hit potion after potion. Some 1 else said I am due for a respect...is it free? and where do I go for the respect as putting a point in Wisdom was a mistake.
From quickly looking at his heroic feats he is gearing himself more towards perma stealth than in your face PVE executioner build. He may have been better specced as a Sabateour / Scoundrel.
I have two rogues... one made strictly for PVP (Scoundrel main / Executioner second) this build annoys the hell out of players
then the second PVE specific but can run in PVP (Executioner Main / Scoundrel / Sabteour) -> This guy is single target pure DPS and excels at it.
I can provide my executioner build with feats later if you are interested. Then what I would optimally do, if I took the time ot respec him. Now mind you when I first created him, he had a much higher gear score but his DPS was lacking. I respecced him and his DPS went through the roof. With another respec I can get his damage higher.
Also it's about play style...
Rogue 1 (PVP 5v5) I run
Courage Breaker, Whirlwind of Blades
ItC, LB, Deft Strike
Sly Flourish, Cloud of steel
if the other team is heavy in GFs I will equip Smoke Bomb
Perma-Stealth rogues = Path of the Blade
replacing Deft Strike in each case
in GG PVP I will run
Whirlwind of Blades, Bloodbath
SB, LB, Path of the Blade
Sly Flourish, Cloud of steel
I barely take this guy into PVE
but there I will run
CB,WoB
ItC, LB, DS or SB
SF, CoS
Rogue 2 (PVE build)
in PVP
SE, CB
ItC, LB, DS
Duelist Flurry, CoS
with same caveats as above
in GG I keep him the same unlike my other rogue... why... because I give GWFs fits
in PVE

And sorry to tell, if u dont even know that CB reduces damage by 90% at max lvl, or u dont max it (which is even more pointless since the only useful feature of this daily is its great damage reduction), u must befriend OP's BF and play together.

LOL... sure dude... I get insta kicked and my DPS is SO low... and LA since the nerf is not that great.... and I do have it maxed as well as CB... my mistake on the 30%!? Oooohhh!
Also Deft strike is not only about evading is does a lot of damage and combined with Speed Swindle slows enemies, that are aggroing say your cleric, to a crawl.
Before spouting your elitestdouchbag <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>... I said it's about play-sytles... and do I exploit NO... unless I join a group that says so AFTER I join... I avoid the LFG looking for Fast Runs.
Anyway my friends list and the dungeons I get requested for would say otherwise. But you go back to you're cookie cutter build....

Of course you should try to get the best gear possible if you wanna stay competitive in both PvP and PvE, but as long as you have some level appropriate gear, you should be OK. It's more about what powers and feats you use and how you act in combat than Gear Score. As a Rogue you are not meant to tank damage, you are supposed to avoid taking damage. Use stealth, CC and dodge attacks to minimize the damage you take. Best advice I can give is: do not get hit. But that's just my opinion.
I am gonna try to wear a set of Uncommon gear when I do my Sharandar dailies and see how that goes. I think GS is mostly BS anyway, so I think I am gonna be OK.

Well 1st off I did the free respec on the test shard and he is much better now with a GS of 9.7. I have not swapped out all his gear yet just a few pieces. Gave him more Dex some str and no cha. He is a work in progress now and will post the final results shortly lol. I want to thank every 1 for being so honest sometimes brutally honest lol but thats what I asked for. I tested his char in a dungeon and he can now hold his own but still needs some work. Thank you.....
