Shadow Strike Broken

Another rogue skill, Shadow Strike, is broken. Most of the time when used (8/10 times) it adds nothing to the stealth meter. It also frequently goes on cool down when I'm attempting to use it even though it does no damage to the target or refills stealth meter.

This, combined with stealth being buggy and ITC bug makes me want to punch the team in charge of the rogue class.

It's key to my level 60 TR's build and I have never noticed it not working.

I've noticed the same thing. Very frustrating in key PvP situations.

I only PVP and that is where I see it happen every day.
