Foundry Editing Not Allowed

As of right now, on 8/25...I am unable to launch the Foundry. It is giving me a message that simply says "Foundry Editing Not Allowed". I have used the Foundry before, and I have plenty of characters on this account that are above level 15, so I'm not sure what I need to do here.

Sorry if this is a duplicate post or already a known issue, I had found these other threads but they didn't work for me.

I wanted to post on this thread, but it had been closed, but this is my exact issue:
