Bought Feywild Pack and they Fail to Deliver

I purchased the Feywild Pack for $59.99:
  2. The additional character slot is not available.
  3. The Moonelf Race is not available.
  4. The mount is not available.
  5. The Companion is not available.
  6. The Regalia is not available.
  7. The enchantment is not available.
  8. The helper pack is not available.

In short Nothing I Paid for was provided.

Further:
  2. Customer Service is not available.
  3. The Support links result in a perpetual loop, or are broken: Support is not available.


I have filed a dispute through the transaction service.
Getting results is also not available.

Unless purchasing Zen, Neverwinter has on every launch so far screwed up making things available to those who have paid for them. There were similar issues with the first pack I purchased. It is becoming evident that whatever program or staff are used in the processing of transactions and the provision of products to the customers need to be fired and someone who is competent hired in their place.
