Jobs/AD

I've heard that one is able to gain AD by doing those so called Jobs, that as for now I see they are Foundry Quests.
Do I get those ADs because of the daily quests or there is any other way to do so?

    yes daily you can be awarded AD for doing foundry quests and dungeon runs/skirmishes and pvp matches. talk to Rhix in PE or hit L key and bottom right corner is short cut to him. you also can gain rough AD by doing leadership professions once high enough.

    Daily dungeon, PvP, and skirmish become available at higher levels than daily foundry, so that's why you don't have them yet.
