Account Gaurd perma blocking me

I have misplaced the E-mail address I have used to create my neverwinter account. So now I cannot log into my Account at all from my computer because account gaurd has come up.

Is there any way to reset my account to a new E-mail address?

go to the top of this screen where it shows that you are logged in.
click "My Account".
click "Change Email".
