I think you will find most of the items will not be made available until the module goes live, They are part of the module 1 content so obviously are not 'live' as yet, However some are available on the preview shard.

Some items you may recieve in the in game mail, some you will have to redeem from the special vendor,( mounts and companions ) who is located opposite Sgt Knoxx, through the ally at the other side.

Astral Diamonds you will get from the Wonderous Bazzar vendor near the market, she will have a 'withdraw' buton enabled in her shop page and show the amount you have available. here you can select a amount to withdraw, so you can take all, or take some per character.
You can not send any in game currency through the mail system, hence you will not recieve any through it also

After your successful purchase of any game 'pack' you should have recieved a E-Mail comfirming you purchase and instructions to recieve it, some used to supply a 'redeem key code' which you use on your perfect world account page, which the e-mail should have provided a link for.

The only thing you will be able to access currently is the forum title. Click on user CP and then group permissions to select it. You might have to log out and back in if it isn't showing up.

Anything in-game will have to wait until August 22nd.

The only thing you can get right away is the forum title. To use it, go to User CP on top of the forum, click Permissions and pick the title.

You have pre-ordered the pack, it will be available on 22 August when the module goes live.

As far as I am aware the Moon Elf race from the Knight pack is the only thing on the test server from either pack.

You would be correct sir. The rest of the items are supposed to show up on preview at some point [according to the FAQ], but they don't specifically state if they'll be available before the 22nd... I'd hope so if only to make sure there are no unexpected surprises with any of the items come time for it to go live.

. . . . . . It's all in game now as Feywild released last month. You have to finish the Tutorial and then you'll have access to your items from your packs or kits. Check your mail for items sent from the Packs and then check the Reward Claims Agent near Sergeant Knox for everything else you're entitled to. Again, you have to complete the tutorial and turn the mission in with Knox before the items get applied to that character. Closing this for necromancy.
