Dev Help - Missing Quest

So, a few weeks back, my quest disappeared. I was told to submit a ticket, I did so. I was told to supply a ticket number, did that as well. Am I every getting this quest back, or should I just give it up and move on? I have already quit the game once and came back to make something...but I am almost afraid to until I know my next quest won't disappear....Granted, this thread will probably just get locked and deleted...as seems to be the norm when you point out any shortcomings.....
My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

Quests dissappear from the New tab after 21 days I believe it is. Unless you hit the best tab. - But if your quest isn't even searchable I don't know really.

If you have a campaign that carries an unpublished quest, that may also be the cause of it. Sorry, can't be of much more help.

No, you don't understand. The quest IS GONE! Deleted, not in my editing tab at all. Completely erased from the fabric of time and space. Poof, shuffled off the mortal coil, gone to meet it's maker, etc, etc.

I had also made a copy of it, a copy which I had opened and verified had all the contents of the original. Once the first quest disappeared....the copy was suddenly empty of everything except the description...

. . . . . If this is indeed happening/happened, then that means one of two things: It was removed for a ToS/EULA Violation (You would have gotten an email warning, check your email on that account) or it is a very major bug. If too many players report a mission for violation in a short amount of time, it is automatically taken down until it has been reviewed. If the mission was maliciously reported to grief, there is a clear internal record of who reports what so those offenders will be reprimanded, if this latter is the case. In any case, contact support again. Keep replying to your ticket if it gets auto-closed to keep it alive.

. . . . . All you have to do is reply to it and choose to re-open it on the drop down when replying. Keep replying with Siupport until you get an understanding of what happened or resolve. If they close it after replying, that doesn't mean "case-closed" but just that they felt no response is needed. If you feel otherwise, reply to it as I mentioned above and re-open it. If it gets closed due to 90 days of being closed, make a new ticket and reference the old ticket number.

That's the other issue. I never got a single warning, so I am assuming bug. I submitted a ticket, provided the ticket number, and low and behold, that ticket isn't showing up under my tickets in game....any ideas?

. . . . . If you made a Bug Report - Bug Reports go straight to teh Devs and will not get a reply, this is why they don't show in your ticket system. If you need to file something and get a response (like you do in this case), you need to either Page a GM in game or use the Support Site (link up top the site). These latter two stay on your en-user record while bug reports stay on an internal record. If you made a Bug Report, I would go ahead and make either a GM or Support ticket.
