I made the ioun stone rank 30 ( yeah, i got a lot od AD to waste x.x ) and personally, the only things i notice are the 750k Ad i lost xD The stat of the pet goest to 168 ( if i remeber well ) to 202. At last, even if the ioun stone is augment pet, since we paid 750k like the other could be nice to have a skill rank 30 too like a random boost of a stat for 5-10 min
