This is the most creative and fun arena that I've ever done. It may prove hard for the people who want to be relaxed, but comon it's a freakin' awesome arena lol
Worst case, bring a friend and read what little there is to read. You'll have a blast.
I've played this one and loved it as well. It is by FAR the most fun arena that I've played and the creativity implemented is pretty surprising for an arena setting.
Answer the Raven's Call - NW-DJCDSG3R9 - by trishani If you've ever wanted to smoke some of that shaman's herb and experience dream-walking, you will enjoy this quest. The maps and effects are lovely and quite restful. The story itself was simple but made immersive by the characters within. This is the first chapter in a campaign; will be interested in seeing where it leads.

the Book Binding - PT.4 - NW-DPPD7PZBX - by harbingerdrum Obviously if you haven't played the first three in the Book Binding series grab them first - they are all great. Visually harbingerdrum's maps are consistently well detailed. I thought the Hunting Lodge style lake house in pt.3 would be hard to beat, but his maps just get better and better. Part 4 takes you through a barbarian camp, a temple and some Netherese ruins. Each map is flawless and as we get to the climax of this episode we're treated to some very well executed dynamic effects.

Need to play that one (If I haven't already, been through so many quests this week ^^)
Agreed. It's nice to see a player around so dedicated to giving authors such detailed feedback.
Thanks you two, although you authors do all the hard work; I simply reap the benefits. Which reminds me, I think I have still to catch up with Akera and Onus, gorn as well as your latest Corleine chapter purple. Sorry; I will rectify that this weekend
PS: There are always more quests I want to add to the thread than those I actually post up about. I just don't want the thread to end up dominated by my play habits lol. I'm chuffed that authors get time to play as well and I've played some awesome quests that I would never have come across if you guys hadn't mentioned them here.
Cullwood 2: Blackdelve - NW-DCOBVJAO4 - by Kyregul I enjoyed the first 'Cullwood' based in a Rangers Academy (original and a great daily at an avg. duration of 18 minutes), and both quests make good standalones. It still needs a little polish, but what makes Blackdelve stand out is Kyregul's customisation of enemy mobs...it took me a couple of "Are these new additions to the toolset?" moments before my non-author brain kicked in and I realised Kyregul had skinned them. It made for some refreshing encounters and the combat was fun on my L60 CW - it actually required a bit of strategy to avoid pulling whole 'rooms'. There are also some great puzzle elements to the incredibly ambient maps.

If you want to run a good Foundry Quest with a great story line and really cool custom maps with lots of detail check out Lost Little Lambs. Short Code: nw-ddz00av62. The dialogue alone is worth the time. It's really well written and entertaining. If you're a story lover, you won't be disappointed. And, no, I am not the author. He doesn't advertise his quests. But there's no reason I can't. Check it out.
Karitr, you're on fire. It's awesome to see someone so dedicated to foundry!
Agreed. Can we get her a medal or something?
Kari's critiques have been extremely helpful in developing my ideas to their potential. She's run my quests numerous times; all I've had to do was ask.
The Green Zone (NW-DP66H66F6): Train at a top-secret Goblin military installation. Hive Mind (NW-DN9YKEVUS): Get inside a crashed alien ship to discover its purpose. Absolute Zero (NW-DOVUXHT8P): Activate a massive teleportation machine to pursue an evil mastermind.
A House Divided - NW-DH8T86OFK - by Locksheon This is Act III of The Final Prophecy, a tale of the child seer Akera and her Guardian Onus. If you're following this story and have played this far, you will understand why it is hard for me to say too much without giving away spoilers. The setting is as wonderful as the story; we get a rare glimpse of Neverwinter from outside the city gate, before journeying on to an elven city which is suitably peaceful yet melancholy. Effects are appropriately low-key but very stylish.
The only thing that was missing was a glass of wine. I won't make that mistake next time I play.
just found a small hack and slash by random word search in the best tab. It still does not have much dialog but its a fun and straight forward little quest.
[Overview]
Mostly Combat, lots of unique enemys and a highly detailed environment!
You are told by the local guards about an elf by the name of Lithiren Blackflame needing a heroes assistance.
She needs help stopping a group of necromancers that have moved into her family's crypt. The leader is her younger sister Necros Blackflame, who is creating a small army from the bodies in the crypt itself and the surrounding area.
Several heroes have tried to stop them but were unsuccessful.

Glad you liked it. I still want to add a lot of 'choice' to this quest. As it stands it feels far too linear. In a way I think it falls into that category of "part II story syndrome" It's the middle quest, and like the middle of all stories, things sort of plateau. Any suggestions via a PM would be great, Karitr!
I finished The Flame Keeper (The Final Prophecy Act 1) last night, and really had to fight myself not to start the second part (sleep and work are such a bother). Can't wait to finish the trilogy tonight! @Locksheon, NW-DP3QEQK88
I really love this thread - I haven't had a chance to play most of what is listed, but when I do, they don't disappoint! Lost Little Lambs; Bonderleaf's; Tower District Travails- All great
Danger in the Sky - NW-DJRXY5DRO - by Sc00ter Hot off the press, Sc00ter's new offering from the ill-fated village of Dumedalot see the residents come under fire. Literally. I think Gorn's kids are going to love this one every bit as much as 'Danger in the Fog' - I know I did. Once eligible, this is definitely one to go back to for the Daily. Great humour, great characters and great effects.
EDIT: The quest played smoothly for me, but as it has just been published please let docsc00ter know of any issues by PM or via his quest thread. Thanks.

The Devil's Playthings - NW-DG6DZO4ZB - by Kithlis An artefact stolen from the 'Rarefied Repertory', a museum in Protector's Enclave, marks the beginning of an adventure that sees our hero hunt for clues, solve puzzles, investigate a cult for layabouts and do battle with the obligatory nasties. The characters are colourful and Kithlis has added some great special effects; this is a very 'eventful' quest. So much so, it was really nice to kick back and enjoy the objects on display, and mingle with the locals, once our mission was complete.
The Cursed Armor of Steele - NW-DNR5AK4ZK - by ambitionxp This is a really nice hack and slash. The story is simple and very well written and the effects and detailing give standard maps a fresh look. There are difficulty options and a clever teleport system to put you back near the action should you perish in battle. Great idea for those of us who took the 'normal' route; I will definitely replay this quest on hardmode.
Noman is an Island - NW-DQFWPANVX - by simplemax This is simplemax's debut UGC and based on this outing I hope we see many more Foundrys from this author. A quirky, played-for-fun adventure with a sci-fi feel and lots of nods to classic TV shows - AKA stuff we used to watch when we were kids. Don't let this fool you though, the combat gets nicely challenging as the story progresses. There is a mild adult theme in the opening map, so please avoid if you are easily offended. Me? I loved it.
Fate of the Bonnie Kate - NW-DE6K6H63Q - by nezroy Nezroy describes this as "solo, linear, story-driven combat...very little exploration, side content, or puzzles." All this is for the most part true, but what nezroy doesn't tell you is, his quest is slick! The writing is almost flawless, the maps are well populated, with some great character transformations, and his cove, complete with hidden cave, is small but well designed. If you're counting time, this quest takes around 20 minutes, so makes a nice 'Daily'.
Thought I would bump this as it was on the fourth page and it's my guide as to what to play.
Yeah, I've played some corkers that I would never have found if not for players posting them here. I hope people continue to post to and use the thread.
Hopefully most of the Feywild patch problems have been ironed out but, while there continues to be issues, here are a couple of Foundrys that I was able to complete this week
The Madness Plague - NWS-DDKR4GESS - by kmhknight
The campaign is 4 quests long and begins with you cleaning up the Neverwinter barracks, after the guards have been struck down with an illness of the mind. The following Acts have you chase up clues as to the cause of the madness, cure the Captain of the Guard and culminates in the destruction of the 'weapon' causing the madness, and the evil bugger wielding it. The encounters in the last chapter were really quite challenging and one in particular requires your character to 'die' - despite reading kmhknight's spoiler in the overview, I was determined not to go down without a fight and one hell of a fight it was. I lost.
The first two Acts fall just under the 15 minute 'Daily' eligibility but the campaign only has an average duration of 65 minutes, so well worth doing the whole thing to get a couple of dailys under your belt. It's a solid 4* campaign in the catalogue and it earns its rating - I enjoyed it a lot.
1 ~ Weird of the Weather-Witch - NW-DEZAK4QPA - by mosby1
This is the quest I watched Zovya, Tsumoro and Co. play on Wednesday night. You can watch the video here (quest starts at around 4:35) or you can jump right in and play.
Your mission is to help Dorian, a Sea Captain, recover an emerald necklace from the wreck of his ship, that ran aground after an unusual storm. Again, a very well-written quest, full of humour - DO NOT bypass the Monty Python-esque conversation with Garnet the barmaid; it's super fun. If reviewing had been up, I would have awarded 5 stars.

Personally, I enjoy stories with a twist. Something I did not see coming in the story line is welcomed by me.
This quest has this. Aside well balanced combat, nice looking sets and enjoyable music/ sounds.
I rather not spoil anything about the plot, but if you're like me and enjoy a twist or two, go find it on the For Review tab.
Found this one while running trades. This is one of the few quests that actually has multiple endings. Had to play several times to see them all. Story driven and topical to the current storyline the main campaign is taking.

Well, there is one "Think of Gorn's children!" (horror) moment that, depending on age, could have them screaming
