Is there a tailor or some kind of NPC that you can change your characters facial appearance?

The alternation wizard in the Tower of Alteration. The entrance is on Deekins Street.

Heads up, though - last I checked you could only actually make the change if you had an appearance change token from the Zen store, (though you can still mess around w/ the editor to see if there's something you like).

Also, I didn't check, but does it have the ability to save your edits to a file or anything?

Only thing I don't like about using the hall of alterations is the fact when you try and alter your toons looks it actually loads one of the presets rather than your current character. So rather than "alter" or "tweak" you character looks, you actually have to begin again from the start :(

Go into the editor, then exit, then go back into the editor. The second time around it should show your actual character rather than a preset, so you won't have to begin again from scratch.

Ooh, I was wondering about this. One of my guys, his face is perfect, but his arms are too short and it drives me nuts. But his face is perfect. /fret
