Where is Meryth at in Helms Hold?!?!?!?

So i cant find Meryth for the quest in Helms Hold for her quest. I think i've looked everywhere but i still cant find that blasted elf. so can someone please point me in the right direction?!?!?!?!?

    She's at the last campfire where you meet the elven ranger, kind of looking out over the ledge.

    Well at least I found her, thanks for the info as the game gives exactly bumpkiss on how to find her. Now if only I could do more then say goodbye to her..... Im guessing theres something else I have to but I havent a clue. The letter says help her if you can. I guess she just needed someone to tell "This is all horrible" to. Went all that way to be a shoulder to cry on. Hmmm.....
