got to your powers tab hit respec powers, that includes your ability score and feats

    No, you can't reroll your initial attributes.

    The only way I know of is to delete and redo the character from scratch.

    In the time it took to type out the post, you could've leveled to 30 with a perfectly new toon with perfect stats.

    its for the ppl who have end game gear attached to their toons with messed up ability rolls

    . . . . . Yeah, a complete character respec (appearance, initial stats, level stats, powers and feats) would be nice. I'd expect such, if they implement it, to be a cash shop item like a Scroll of Reincarnation or something.

    yea that be great, it would be great to know if they are or not going to do it, I just want the know. Instead of wasting a large amount of time to find out in the end they were not going to allow complete respec.
