Account guard not working?

Anyway didnt work this way, i was playing when i got message "you have been logged in from other location" (or something similar). Dint get any email from AG.
I was logged on forums so i tought i will quickly change my password and try to log out this hacker .. well if you want to change your password you have to enter old password .. doh gg.
btw.. if you change password you will not get any email about it!!?

So i tried to recover my password, worked but took like 10mins :( Changed my password and noticed that i had 0 AD, zen bags gone and all valuable items withdrawn from guild bank. Total lost +3M AD :mad:

So i dont think this Account Guard is WAI

    check your spam folders, sometimes the AG mails go there (which is stupid though but meh, its like that)
    in that case the "hacker" also has access to your email account and you should change your password there asap

    Nope, not in spam folder. Also i would notice any received email on my phone - but nothing..

You must enable Account Guard here: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/ - When a new computer, browser, or device accesses your account or game, an email will be sent to your email on the account with a Code, you then enter the code in the field displayed to you and choose to either remember or leave it unchecked to not remember that location.

    . . . . . We cannot provide forum support for Account and Billing Issues. If you believe there is a bug with the Account Guard, please file a Support Ticket. You will also want to file a Support ticket if you think your account has been accessed by someone else, which it sounds like you're pretty sure it was. If this is indeed the case, Support will be able to tell and you will need to communicate with them for a resolve.
