Give away key already Claimed!?!?

So I went to

and put in my email was given a key tried to claim it and I got

"This key has already been redeemed. Please use another key to enable your Neverwinter access."

SO.. to try to get a different key I went back to gameitems.com gave it my 2nd email and they only give one per ip wich is understandable,

But I still want that thing I have the key still saved if u guys need "proof" I can take screenshots using snippit or whatever its called

I got an "already claimed" message on this one as well. Not worth the hassle of trying to switch around email addresses on different IPs.
