Odd Word Censoring issue

I'm trying to type the word "aids", as in "He 'aids' us in the quest"... only it censors out the word "aids", why?

Because it looked like I typed "He '$%))' us in the quest", which could be taken as an insult instead of a complement.

For example (and pardon my language, but this is necessary to prove my point) "He 'F*ck*d' us in the quest"

Do you see? basically the consequence of this was that I was just verbally abused by someone who I actually tried to complement for doing all the hard work... and then unfriended me, kicked me from the group and blocked me :(

And I'm trying to add a bug issue regarding this, and I get

[Error] Profanity detected in description; this is not allowed.

**facepalm**

This is why I've posed it here.

"Aids" isn't even a Profanity. and even if you took the medical term AIDS (notice the medical term is in capitals), why censer it? Are YOU as developers stereotyping AIDS as homophobic bullying.?

    "Assists" would look better.

I know that doesn't help with your real problem.

It's called Political Correctness and it's slowly killing the language.
