    The only problem I see with spawn camping in NW is that the opposing team are forced to sit through it and cannot leave. They already know that they've lost but cannot leave because they want to get access to the Tier 1 gear reward.

    Spawn trapping should only be acceptable in games that have no rewards whether you win or loose. For example DoTA, when someone gets to a point where they can potentially spawn trap you at base, the entire opposing team just says gg and surrender. Saying gg and admitting defeat is not disrespectful in games like DoTA, Battle Field, CoD, Starcraft and many more. This doesn't only apply for online PuG matches, it also applies for major tournaments.

    If you're not going to put a force field around the spawn area in NW, at least put a "Surrender" button.

    Another good idea. Prefer the death zone or forcefield, but this would also work.

    It amazes me how other companies like Anet have already got a solution for this in Guildwars 2 (players have an invincibility buff within their spawn area) and yet Cryptic seem to find the problem beyond them. Just give Mike O'brien a call and ask him if he'll share some tips with you.

    I don't see how this is an okay thing to do.
    This needs to be changed as soon as possible.
    Nearly every time I do gauntlgrym PvP this happens (from the Luskans on Mindflayer, mind you.)
    People should NOT be able to access the other team's safezone in any way.

    I strong painfield in the spawn area that affects only the opposing team would be fairly effective.

    What i dont under is, they camp the spawn. you have 20 people, they have 20 people, and have to camp 2 sides. 20 vs 10. and you spawn closer than they do. why dont you just kill them???

    or is there a bug where people jump up to the campfire and just kill people as they spawn?
