Anyone else Eyeballing Archeage NA/EU release?
Keep checking my mailbox several times a day for cbt invite.
My hopes aren't extremely high for the game but with all the things to do and/or take part in it might hold my attention for a while.
And I'm even fine if they go with the f2p/premium subscription model that the Korean version went to.
If I have the choice between f2p or monthly sub, if I am playing the game I go for the monthly sub anyway so it'll be smooth sailing.
Did it with STO, LOTRO, DDO, heck, even Fallen Earth rofl.
I think STO and LOTRO are the only two that I occasionally log in to after ending sub. But LOTRO I've bought all the things that I wouldn't have if I weren't subbed and in STO I'm loathe to admit that I've burning over a couple hundred bucks on ships so I sort of feel entitled to play hehe.
But with all the stuff that Archeage potentially has to do it could occupy me for a good while.
Although I swore I'd never purchase another Sony product I will admit that I am curious how they are going to do EQ Next. So even if Archeage ends up not being my cup of tea I might get a new lease on my old EQ (NOT eq2) addiction.
