You will ALWAYS need to be in a guild for this, that is how the allegiance is made to one side or another. Why are so many people all uppity about the guild requirement? Oh noes! you might have to socialize! Oh noes! You might have to find a few people, make a guild and never speak again! Seriously, what gives?
Joining or making a guild is not a ball busting, game breaking, over the top, end of the world, impossible, hard to do, out of the way, or even that much of a hassle requirement by any means.

LOLOLOL Like really.... my Courtesan Outfit is horribly glitched many times of the day to the point that I only wear the top with peasant bottoms because the bottom of the female Courtesan Outfit folds in on itself and looks ridiculous like the cape glitch that cuts you in half.
