Ranger Class: Released with Fury of Feywild?

In all of the MMOs that I have played, I am an archer. (Or I, at least, have a character who is a long-ranged DPS type.) So, I am sure you can imagine how disappointed I was when I saw that there was no class that specialized in the use of the bow. With that said, I am very much anticipating the Ranger class, and I have been hearing rumors that this new long-ranged class will be released with the Fury of the Feywild expansion pack. What has everyone else heard? Also, is there anymore information or spoilers that are available on the class at the moment? Thanks for all of the help, guys! :)

    I hear ya. I am waiting for the Archer ranger before I invest any more money in the game. I am just logging in now to get my daily celestial coinage and run crafting. I done even bother with the daily dungeons as they are too hard for my skill lvl (I am about 9k gear score tho). I would do foundry stuff but there are not crafting nodes in them so I feel I am wasting my time with those.

    I am hoping for many ranged dps classes (many classes in general); Ranger, Sorcerer, and Warlock top the list for me, especially a Storm Sorcerer *drool* so much lightning and dps! So I am with you OP, here is hoping that more Paragon Paths and more classes are on the horizon and will become regular updates.

    It could still be Scourge Warlock. They never said it's a 'ranger' class, they said it was a 'ranged' class, which Warlock also is and both are already confirmed in the game files and trailers.

    Code for Ranger and Warlock are already in the game, but like nwrogue said, they only stated 'ranged'.

    I can't believe it's not in already tbh .. NW without a ranger is like Britney without the insanity.
