Nuuuu! They will become the new ogres and everyone will use them over and over again.
That isn't really an excuse not to put them in though.
If someone did that, I might actually play their quest. Do you realize how satisfying (I have no idea why) it would be to kill hordes of gelatinous cubes???

Adding my support for Cubes.
That said, however, I'd actually be more interested in seeing rust monsters

Gelatinous Cube FTW!
However, I sooooooo want to see an Aballin. Picture: You're walking around in a dungeon and see a Thievery Skill node in a puddle. You think to yourself, "Hey, I need some more resources, and no one else is taking it!" So you walk over to grab the skill node, when all of a sudden you're immobilized. The puddle under you is attacking! You attack back, hoping for one of your teammates to notice. When they finally take notice, they help you finish the puddle. Your teammates turn to you saying, "Dude, didn't you check the new update? Oozes have been added!"
....So yeah, Aballins and Cubes are needed. And Aballins should be able to continuously immobilize their target, but only target one player.
**********, Mother****er, I've been thinking of making a Foundry with a Gelatinous Cube area, ****, ****, ****!
please add da CUBE

Yes, please add both Gelatinous Cube AND Black-pudding to Foundary.
I am finishing up my first Foundary dungeon, which is based off my own home-brewed campaign, and my first boss was actually a giant black-pudding. Programing phases of multiplying enemies is possible, so if we just had the model to make bigger then smaller would work perfectly.
Also, how come there are no Dwarf ghosts and skeletons? I ended up just morphing human ghost and skeleton models and it worked out nice. Sorry, off topic...

. . . . . Indeed, we need many more monsters. Slimes and Jellies are most definitely needed, which includes Cubes. Yes, need. I know it may seem like a want, but truly I do need more of a variety of monsters to work with than we have now. Creatures like Slimes and Jellies are essential because they fill a niche in a dungeon to break up the monotony of a certain type of encounters, based upon the story. There are just far too few non-humanoid models to fill the niches needed.

I am sure this thread will put enough pressure on so that they are added to the foundry.

Thanks Dzogen. Glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the Foundry devs really need to make a full Ooze category of encounters.
