Major bug/exploit

Seriously what does it takes for this games Gms to contact with you when u want to report a major bug/expoilt

i have tried any possible way and still i am waiting for their reply....

i guess they need to wait till all ppl learn about it use it to a point where an emergency maintenace will be forced and then say they are sorry for the downtime.....

    If you wish to play Neverwinter or participate in the NW forums here, do not attempt to discuss, share, hint, link, and/or promote any exploits (or those who create/spread them) on our live forums.

    For those who wish to alert the Cryptic team of a current exploit, or what you perceive might be an exploit, please contact customer service in game (file in game bug report), Contact A GM (? mark on main menu bar, H by default) or via email (link up top of this page) first.

    If you feel it hasn't been addressed properly or in a reasonable time frame, you can contact our Community Manager Sominator via personal message.
