Controll Wizard feat problems!

1. If i use Chill Strike skill on "Tab" position the "Snap Freeze" paragon feat is don't work. But i pull the skilll to anothert position "q,e,r" feat is work. so i think this is Tab position bug with this feat and skill.

    some key feats not working properly. Don't expect a fix any time soon though. Just live with it.
