Because Cryptic likes ninja looters- it puts gear on the AH, which people then spend AD, which they bought with zen, which they bought from Cryptic with cash.

Why do you think endgame gear is BoE and anyone can roll on it? They don't want you reporting ninja looters because ninja looters are fantastic for their business plan. Frankly, I'm shocked they aren't banning people who try to report ninjas, you people are the real problem.

There is a simple solution: Guilds. The solution to bad community is smaller, tight knit units able to self police via membership. Find people of like mind and play with them. Don't PUG, and you will not feel the disappointment that they cause.

...And being able to report someone for spam whether they have or not, effectively silencing them globally on the game, yeah, uh Double Chec-Chec-Check Mate?
If you actually use a global chat in an MMO you probably deserve to be muted, so yeah.

    Checkmate.

No offense but if we take a literal view of that rule and make being an idiot in teams a punishable offense, the GMs wouldn't have any time to deal with real issues.
