Sour? Ya think? Spend 400 bucks in a week on a game and then get hacked due to their ludicrous way of letting someone change all your passwords by sending them an authorization to a NEW email not your registered one..although i do believe that they have now fixed that...then turn in ticket and 24 days later nothing is still done?? Ya I would say the thousands on the forums that have requested even basic service from any MMO company to get 3-4 week waits then told your ticket is closed have a nice day without any resolution what so ever...yea there are a ton of "sour" customers as you call it..

. . . . . You'll need to keep communicating with Support. Don't make additional tickets, instead keep updating your same one at the Support Site at the link up top every page in this site. We cannot offer Forum Support for Account & Billing Issues, therefore I must close this down.
