Hi, Foundry Friends,
(Link to stream channel:
http://www.twitch.tv/sillybard12)
Would you like your quest streamed/recorded and reviewed? Raw. Unedited. I'm new to it, but I'd love to do some Foundry play-throughs and reviews through streaming/recording.
Changed headsets, still seem to have a small static issue. All I can recommend for now is that if it's uncomfortable, please turn down the volume. Will be working on fixing it today.

Play "The Goblin King" - an original comedy combat romp for action fans! They're only goblins, right?
Search for NW-DQCUE9WKW in the Foundry.
Gameplay tip: Slow and steady wins the race; be careful of what you pull!
It started with a burglary
Then it got friendly
But it ended badly

- Your microphone is a bit too close to your mouth (mine is too far, but it's another story :P), it gives very unpleasant noise when you're speaking
- post link directly to stream in the first post
- gamer girl
- use companions! they would help you a lot
- you might have had better rotation, but it's pretty irrelevant.
Liked the video!

Hi runis12!
Just watched your review! Thank you for your kind comments and feedback, I'm glad you had fun! Play through this with other classes - the kits won't work with dialogue skill checks, I think.
My original idea was for a duo or group to run this, so that they could share what the skill checks revealed, to encourage interaction. There's a skill check for every class
Maybe I'll tinker the skill checks to be less exclusive ...
Cheers,
Aggropotato

Also I watched some of your recorded videos of other foundry plays. Good stuff, but try moving Your mic above your mouth, it screeches each time you breathe into it.
- Aha, I've heard about the mic thing. Just bought this one and I can move it very little - can only move it up - but I'll give that a try next time.
- Hmm, they take me directly to the stream when I click them. I'll check on that. I'm internets stream nub.
- Yah!
- Right, companions. I knew those existed..... cough
- Skill rotation? probably
Been watching some people stream Foundries, you get a good insight on what people think about as they play through it. Mine has 3 plays and only 1 review so far.

Campaign - In The Streams of Inferno
Act I : The Fear That Freeze - nw-dnuzsyeey

I REALLY need to put in a better description for the full campaign. I focused mostly on the quest itself and forgot to go back and fix that.
SPOILERS
The interactable in front of the misty room is different information you get depending on what skill your class has (Arcana, Religion, Dungeoneering, Thievery, Nature whenever Ranger becomes available). Arcana/Religion tends to give you a bit more information on the ritual being cast and explains that it might be in your best interest to interrupt him, the other skills mostly relay that you aren't familiar with magic, but you can probably continue on without him noticing you. I didn't want to make it a requirement to inspect the room that way by putting in an impassable invisible wall, so I made it passable.
The undead were meant to come out after you kill him, since you interrupted him as he was still casting the ritual. If you don't fight him, he'll eventually finish the ritual and start roaming the cave along with 4 undead creatures, possibly engaging you while you're already fighting someone else.
I didn't notice the constant respawning of the sleeping Nasher, thanks for catching that.
Pretty annoyed that I still managed to miss a few errors in the dialogue after the number of passes I made to try to catch all of them.
I think I'll go ahead and see about making an area before you actually get into the cave. When I see someone else play, it does seem sort of sudden to get to the hideout without doing a little bit in the forest.
Again, thanks for the review, I enjoyed watching!

Author : @silithas97
Length: average 15mins
Focus : Light-hearted tale with a medium amount of combat
Thank you for the review. It is rather obvious that you haven't used the foundry to create much yourself as several of the things you felt were issues are known issues within the foundry. The door in the prison is no different than any of the others, there is a bug that will put in the interaction regardless of the author leaving it out. It has appeared randomly on each of those doors for different testers.
The invisble walls are an unfortunate necessity until they allow us to toggle NPC intereaction with monsters. Currently any time you have an NPC (the boss) who is in the same room as the monsters they have to be surrounded in invisible walls. The smallest of which is 20 feet long. Makes for some interesting issues like the one you had where you went behind the triangle of the boss while fighting him and got the mob stuck on it. Unfortunately, again this is outside the author's control.
I also have to admit I was rather upset you spent the entire review complaining about lack of story and you bypassed and didn't read any of the story entries. You walked past them all while complaining there wasn't sufficient story. It was also interesting to see you not read the dialog box about the building materials falling apart when you inspected them and then commenting that it must have been a bug when they disappeared.
Last but not least I am sorry you didn't feel challenged. Unfortunately the scaling of encounters is such that at level 29 or below it is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to run a foundry mission than it is at 30 or above when all of the monsters special abilities are active. I have actually had to reduce the difficulty of several of those encounters due to it leading to multiple deaths of higher level players.
I eagerly await mine!
