People would be foolish to ignore High Vizier as I see some posts here. It gives a very sizable damage increase and helps the whole party nicely. Also the most common mistake I see when playing with other better geared CWs and doing a 3-4 million more damage on MC or CN is they lack ARP, or play 2/2 pieces from fabled/SW/HV etc. I've seen guys in SW and with 6000 power or recovery. 4500 crit, but 400 ARP. Full T2/Ancient. Then after the run they ask me how I could do more damage then them with just rank 6 enchants and just 10.8K GS (yeah I have a stone, not yet ideally geared by far mind you). And I didn't even respec yet (waiting for some more theorycrafting, seen people with Chilling Cloud/Icy Terrain setups and they did disappointing damage for their gear, although nicer CC I admit), also I'm hardly a pro, not even yet with a weapon enchant.

This is how much a HV set/2400+ ARP/decent crit do for you. And there's always the bonus of HV being awesome in PvP too, so I think there's not much contest here.

Ironically, HV does not boost your DPS above that of others. It boosts whole party DPS. So those CW's you listed are totally bad. I try to never run with them in any dungeon.

3-4 Viziers kill anything in any dungeon so fast control is rarely required.

Not my fault they don't read the Library subforum :) There are so many CWs completely ignoring ARP. And it shows. I'm not a good CW either by my own account, but learning and getting better.
