PvP kicking, still a problem

so, i do kick whole party`s when i`m leader if i have to carry a whole team while they re not fighting on a circle with having 1 node.
and they go waste even more peoples time, the ones of pwe employees too.
by reporting their own mindless behaviour of leeching, not knowing what to do, and if told 3 times before and warned for kick they still sit in the middle of the field off the circles
so is it so bad to kick them then, wasting everybody`s time, their own, mine, and now pwe employees time also.
either fix the kick system so it goes by vote, change point system so people will show more effort to get points.
and maybe still a play guide is in place before entering an arena.
ps: they`re not rage kicks, they`re realy just for timewasting and anti-leech.

Please just put up votes to kick. Tired of whoever getting party kicking everyone after I join and then just afking.
PS: I would kick someone for taking pvp too seriously and getting all butthurt because the team sucks and is losing.
because you can leech it better then ? or so that people won`t go waste time of employees ? hope the last part ;p

not much to do with pro stuf, just point thing not being clear enough.
they`ll notice after some time if they see highscores on x could be the losers team ;p
and then maybe learn keeping a node or just kamikaze is best ;p
why leave them alone, they`re wasting loads of time, their own ok, but mine, no not gonna happen, fighting off circles while having 1 node is not going to happen.
because it causes me otherwise just to stand back also,i`m not in for a 20 min losing game where i need to do most effort, and they stand happely with 4 on a spot which doesn`t give anything at all.
so go ask for vote system if you don`t like my act, because i won`t stop using the system given.
if you want to see it as abusing, go complain some more so it will be changed.
yes good point, can be abused like that also. not sure if it realy happens, i never do that. that`s just lame
but ok, if it happens it`s another reason to change to vote system, but what you have then is 3 people creating a party, voting the 2 others out, and have a "valid" reason to afk for fast loss and glory.
anyway, glory points need to be changed also.
command: /vote kick PLAYER NAME
or command VOTE kick from portrait menu.
Everyone gets the message like in the loot system and 50% of the votes on YES kick player from team.
Next problem is with player who enter to PvP, and next leave team. Should be any mechanism that does not allow the players to return to PvP in example 30 minutes as punishment for leaving the team. Its verry flustrating.
but i guess if only 3 needed to kick 2, create party of 3, votekick 2 at start. those 2 don`t know why they`re kicked and another pwe costumer service and forum overrun if it happens much.
it`s easier to abuse that system then just solo kick all at start because there won`t be a specific name to report with 3 votekicking.
end of story point system needs to be changed at the same time
However, kicking active players that are not doing what you want them to is totally wrong imo. It is that kind of abuse of power that makes the current system dangerous, although atm I don't see how any other system could work.
OP kicking people who don't stand in the circle is just being a **** in my opinion.

no i`m not trolling, i get leadership 9 out of 10 times, so i`m realy serious with it, not too serious, if i see it has no chance i just say all may go afk.
just sometimes warning that i`ll kick afk`s in game, and if the thing happens when 3 times warned to start do something that gets points, otherwise it`s leeching (i can`t help if the pointsystem is a bit unclear for a prety big number, and just need an official to say it rather then a random guy often.

just meet another afk team, it still happens, people are not realy afk, they just tap a key sometimes and system fails, reporting afk teams also not very possible, there s usualy 1 or 2 pretending to play, so they won`t get reported.
can`t get banned for playing like a nub.
and namelist shows also loads of names(15+ sometimes) too much to go figure out which are realy abusing afk, or well using.
i even have to tell the team to tap a button sometimes, otherwise they get kicked out automaticly after a short period, i don`t know what it is, a min ?
happend before with no countdown showed, just bam kicked for afk because the opposit team isn`t doing anything.
Well then you have the complete opposite attitude to me then. I will never kick anyone who is giving it their best shot, even if they suck balls at pvp. We all start out <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, and it takes time to get better.
AFkers on the other hand...no mercy. I will kick afkers down to the last minute even if I am the only one left playing (normally I wouldn't, but after whole gaming sessions being destroyed by afkers in this game I'm over it, play or gtfo- in fact I wish I could kick the afkers on the other team as well!).
Edit: just re-read your post, maybe our views aren't so very different- after a closer read you seem more concerned with the semi-afkers than just people who are still new to pvp. In that case kick away I say.
after saying it 3 times that only nodes give points, you might think they`re educated enough, so if they don`t play i treat all the same, kick.because they `re doing the same as afk`s actualy, not giving a single point.
and i don`t kick fast. i even let afk`s in till the last moment in case they decide to play.
kicking fast won`t give anyone anything, and with this system as it is won`t give a new player anyway, if kicked after start.
i`m realy not like cursing or anything while telling it 3 times, but after having to say it 3 times sometimes an occasionally nub can fall out of my mouth ;p
and realy not kicking people if they get pawned all the time, i don`t care, i mean can`t have the best team always and better luck in the next one.
and also don`t care much where they go, as long as it`s a node so i can adept my target location ;p
I do this so people will be outraged and come to the forum and tell PW to do something about it.

Well in that case you are definitely abusing your power. You shouldn't kick people that are actually playing the game. If you want people to play in a certain way you need to make a premade.
So you're kicking people for not being as good at PVP as you would like... this is exactly why vote kick needs to replace leader kick.
as i said before, if it realy is abuse, go complain to pwe about it, i`m just using their system so i won`t waste my time spending in arena on a lousy few points ;p
so if i wouldn`t "abuse" my power, i just go sit back and do nothing if they`re not trying to win, but just to kill.
and then what, i get blamed for doing nothing ofcourse.
it`s a vicious circle which pwe.cryptic has an easy solution for by changing to vote system and 0 glory for midfielding (or not coming out of the spawnpoint)
solves a lot of problems.
so easy to use the scorebars as amount of glory given, and for close matches a little extra for the winner, so it still counts to do your best at the last seconds
no as written a few times before, kicking for not playing. or you think grouping up on a point that gives no points at all and just kill a bit is playing ?
same as 1 or 2 come out spawn point pretending to play.

I tell everyone at the start of the fight... afk your kicked. I remind anyone shortly after they afk that I will kick them. If someone is obviously trolling I ask them to stop and play the game. I always give people lots of time to fix the behavior issues. I try to be fair about it, and i know the phone rights etc.
However abusers get kicked at 980. If they waste my time.. I am going to make **** sure they get nothing for their time. I just wish just like the dungeon parties people in queue could fill in the empty slot. They could work the system like Rift were the newly added member gets a % of glory based on time remaining.

i`m not sure if that was the reason but ok, was actualy fast at the start. i was planning on defending a point to take it a bit easier of all the hard pvping ;p
i`ve seen a countdown from something when entering a started batlle, but guess that one was for not enough players or something ? i don`t know. seen 2 different messages i was being removed.
one with an almost impossible countdown, where that was for i don`t know. no time to read it well.

Expecting someone to try and help you when you are playing a team game counts as taking it too seriously? I seriously hate people like you with a passion that is pretty much insane. Stand up for the bads, I mean its not their fault that they dont take advice, dont read, cant stand on points, dont care if their team wins. Actually, I wish that people would drop their entitled attitude, in my opinion when you join a team, you are obligated to try and help that team. If you dont do that, then whatever result that comes your way is probably mercy. But you. Standing up and defending the road warriors who will not defend ..... I mean he isnt have a go at people for using a bad skill load out is he ? NO . He is not talking about their skill at the game at all. He is talking about leeeches. If you stand up for them it pretty much makes you king of the leeches. Go rob a bloodbank and stop pvping
yes i do the same, some are even chatting like "i don`t care blablabla"about getting kicked for standing still at spawnpoint or obviously pretend player, just keeping them in till the last seconds.

You're contradicting yourself.
Re read your posts. You're saying you're kicking people for not fighting on top of the pillars, thats part of being bad at pvp. Or do you think being good at pvp is just getting kills? And taking position and possesion of the pillars is another whole thing but not pvp?
Instead of kicking people and raging, play premade.
we`re not all english or american, so forming sentences is a bit of a task sometimes.
