This guy is a troll, to obvious.
Eigher that, or hes HAMSTER for someone from the cryptic studio failures.
Seriously, how can you defend this piece of garbage scam of a game.
If it is a "garbage scam of a game" why are you still here trolling?
Perhaps you should go find a game you enjoy and move on.

Does anyone get the feeling devs from other MMO's are trying to sabotage this game?
I wouldn't go that far.. .But I'm sure there are more than a few fanboys from other games who had no interest in this game from the beginning and are only here to spew hate and discontent.
So you found a blog where someone that hates PW spells out doom. There is one of those for every MMO ever made and they all have the same basic problem. They are completely one-sided and ignore what people think. How is that all of my friends and I really enjoy the game and are having loads of fun? Let me enlighten you. It's because it's a great game that is fun to play.
And then issued a refund to me because there was no reason for a wipe. There was a reason for the rollback, and that was the appropriate reaction. Doing less or more would have been irresponsible and an overreaction.
you just dont understand how a bug like this, that was going on since closed beta can infect the game for its entire life of the game... there is a reason other games do a full wipe of the Database...
This is open beta, even tho the Devs say there will be no wipes, there still can be wipes if a critical bug like this shows up... happens in other games and once the game goes officially live, there is a 0% chance of a full wipe ever happening... and even if there is a wipe of the database at relase of the game, the cost for compensation is soooo much higher...
the best thing for the game and the community is to do a Full Wipe of the Database... its the only way to make sure and to fix the corruption that will be with the game for the entire life of the game....

People keep making that claim, but the behavior of both the AH and especially the exchange did not show that. The AD/Zen exchange rate consistently, day by day, decreased. Until the exploit surfaced, and the rollback covered that time frame.
If, and I say IF because I have seen evidence for it in the game, a few people -- and it cannot be more because the effects would have shown -- used this before, and accumulated unusual amounts of AD, or "stuff", then this is traceable. They have logs of the AH usage, and it is entirely trivial to query for negative bids.
The only reason they did a rollback is because of the profiteers (the cat beggars) and the sheer amount of people who used it after it was made public. The exchange and AH are still offline, so my guess is that they handle cases individually.

Funny, since apparently someone seemed to have an issue with it since open beta began, hence the reason we've been hit with all this in the first place...

. . . . . Detailing of Exploits on the Forums is not okay; It may seem like a good idea to post a report on an Exploit for the Developers and in the case of Game Bugs, it is! Just not with Exploits, for by doing so you're also informing the rest of the public how to perform said exploit -- which is considered just as bad as exploiting yourself. Naming & Shaming is likewise not allowed.

Lol exactly.
He never exploited. It was all drama made by people they kicked out of the guild.

The Devs have shown very poor judgement here....

As a rule, I don't buy into FUD.
