Missing Items, still no reply PW?

I put in a ticket 3 days ago for missing items from bugged mail system and haven't heard anything. I assumed this problem would be relatively easy and quick to resolve.

Any ideas, comments, suggestions?

I'm having an issue as well, after reading around I hear that you guys don't really respond to in game tickets so, even though I submitted one I'm going to re-post it here:

I just bought 14 [4x Pack of Large Fireworks] from the Taurmine Bar trade NPC and I opened one pack and did not get my fireworks, I'm scared to open the rest of the packs for fear that I'll have spent 210 Taurmine Bars and get nothing for it. Is there anyway I can get my fireworks, or my pack back, or a refund of taurmine bars? Thanks in advance!

Edit: I just sent myself 2 more fireworks (along with a few more packs) through the mail from my other character and I took the items from the mail and the 2 Large Fireworks just vanished, however I received my packs just fine. I already had 1 Large Firework in my inventory along with the 14 (now 13 because I lost one) 4x pack of large fireworks, the packs I sent in the mail stacked and added to my inventory, the individual fireworks vanished, is there just an issue with stacking them where they delete instead of stacking? (Note: My inventory was not full) Right now I've lost 6 Large Fireworks, 4 from the pack that I didn't get anything from, and 2 from my other character via the mail. I'm not really sure why this is happening but I blew about 300+ Taurmine Bars on these Firework packs and if they're not going to give me any fireworks and I'm not going to get my missing Fireworks back then I'd really appreciate a refund.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm a fool among fools. For some odd reason all the fireworks just went to my belt slots, not sure why since I had one in my inventory but I found them! Sorry for the false bug report!
