I believe currently it is Manhoon's clone Orbakh, who took over after Fzoul Chembryl was killed. So current leader should be Orbakh.

While the wiki and many others would say that "The Zhentarim followed a strict linear hierarchy with Fzoul Chembryl at the head of the organization."
I go with the like of thought that it is Orbakh, the last clone of Manshoon is technically the closest thing to a leader of the organization.
