    According to the Forgotten Realms 4th Edition book current leader is Manshoon.

    In 4th edition, its leader is Manshoon, a vampiric clone of the original wizard Manshoon, formerly known as Orbakh

    The current leader in 1479DR is Manshoon... who was also known as Orbakh the Night King.

    It would seem to be Manshoon. For some reason, it's stuck in my head that Fzoul was a clone of Manshoon that didn't realize it... could be wrong on that.
