Ban for NWGerman!?

I heard of a few players with this problem:
We have written to a guildmember that he could join the german chatchannel via ". / NWGerman".
At this time only my chatframe of the Guild was open! So i wasnt able to see any hint or a warning!
After this i got disconnected from the server and was banned!
I think it is the fault of this chatfilter! Because it is seriously non sense to forbid the channel name of the German Chatchannel!
I was writing a supportticket but nothing happened...
Maybe the mods in the englishforum can help a bit!
