How do I make it so that my Foundry quest is eligible for the daily?

I made a few but they aren't eligible. What am i missing? I want people to run it, but everyone only seems to be running those that are eligible for the daily rough AD mission.

    20 plays, 15min or longer average playtime.

    . . . . . It will need to gain an average playtime of at least 15 minutes before becoming eligible. If you have plenty to do in it, just give it some time. It will need to make it out of the review process (5 positive) and then gain enough plays (20) to start the average playtime.
