Bump in hope that a billing rep, CM, admin, dev, friend or family, pet, janitor, or even pedestrian walking by the building can flag someone down for me.

Just say, "Hey this dude spent money and wants purchase. He'll buy more junk in the future too."

I had an almost identical issue with two other games. What I ended up doing to prevent it was going into my bank (who's account the PayPal was linked to) and told them, with proper id, that I was indeed making the purchases to the companies that did the billing for these games.

It didn't matter since the bank fraud detection was automated. But what they could do for me was to flag my account as traveling. That way the automated system was more lenient about purchases since it assumes someone who is traveling is more likely to make large purchases in random places. Might help for next time.

For this time, just let it work its course. Once the people see what the systems did, they can undo it. I bet PWE is just swamped with phone calls and tickets right now. Sad but true; be patient.

I spent several hundreds of euros on PWE stuff and PayPal never blocked or delayed the payment. If there is a payment issue, suspending your account is the standard response from pretty much every company that accepts PayPal payments. It is not specific to PWE. If you have not already done so, you might want to check with PayPal's customer service and ensure the payment goes through.

Hey Nick, I appreciate your post. My concern isn't when purchases get flagged, its when I can't reach a seller to receive the product after the flagging is resolved.

Imivo, I've said in this thread that I've done that, but I get that with 7 pages it may not be worth the time to read it, I probably may not either.

I've contacted my bank/paypal already. The payment has gone through, its even labeled as completed on the paypal electronic login. I've tried emailing, submitting a ticket, calling the respective phone numbers, tweeting, attempting to contact a moderator via PM, posting on other forums like bug support/technical support, leaving messages with the corporate phone number, even googling various other means of contacting them via social media; including youtube, twitter, Linkedin, facebook.

The issue is that they have an impossible to reach billing department/customer service department by design, or by lack of business sense.

As someone who is both an Account Executive in my career and an attorney, I am used to getting the run around and am not deterred. I simply wish to obtain what I paid for.

Update, now at over 50 plus phone calls today alone and various other methods of communication (excluding my attempts yesterday).

I would be careful putting in real cash here, after todays maintenace all my characters are gone and my email points to another account. You really should get a lot back for all your trouble with this.

That would be nice but not necessary, as I really just want to use what they sold me. I'm pretty content overall outside of this issue, and sorry to hear about what happened with your characters after maintenance, I'd be angry or frustrated, except I don't mind rerolling too much. Hopefully you get it resolved.

Haha I've tried that too on a separate account but its specifically for bugs only and you just get redirect to support website. I've been pretty thorough all things considered. Fair point though.

. . . . . Bumps are not allowed. Posting about Bans and Warnings of the Account, Billing or Forum, is not allowed. You will need to keep communicating with Support. I am sorry but there is nothing the Forum Staff can do for Account and Billing Issues and this is why we must close any such threads.
