I can't log in on the support page.

When I do, it gives me this error:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

How ever logging in on a 2nd account DOES work...

Help I really need to contact the support and they neglect to answer my question on my 2nd account.

Please email support at customerservice@perfectworld.com with the subject line of "Support Redirect Loop Error" from the email address associated with the account and explain to them the details of the loop error as you did here. If you want, you may also send them a seperate email to that address on your other issues. Best to keep one issue per email though.
