Open Beta Characters Continue To The Live Game?!?

On the game's Facebook page, a moderator has just confirmed open beta characters will continue to the live game.

Does anyone know the conditions of this? ie: will you keep your name, your look and your level?

Or will you just keep your name and look, but be busted down to Level 1 again?

    You keep everything, this is old news. It's basically like a soft launch.

    You'll keep everything. This is a beta-in-name-only. Labeling it as such allows the devs more flexibility in rebalancing things or sudden downtime, but in practice, everything we do now is for good. Kinda like Gmail which was "beta" for 5 years despite having killed off all the competition in the first month.
