It's a problem with the programming, not the hardware. This happened before, with STO. Then, it was some sort of memory leak that increased in intensity as time went on, until it crashed the server entirely.
another "scheduled" maintenance , guy who did this should be hanged cause i don`t believe it was accident or hardware issue (i don`t experience lags or any other things) so perfectly working server just went off ffs....

Yeah, crashed cannot connect to patch launcher.
Hope it is not another 5 hour hardware failure.
SORRY GUYS IT WAS ME. I was in the Foundry and I tried to use the "Move Object" distance slider.... As SOON as I did it, the thing went berserk and then disconnected.
