Where can this mission be found? It would be incredibly helpful to ascertain the reward of a 12 slot pack!

should be the end-quest in the graveyard-area.
Just do the quests there till you get it

Speak with scribe guy... go through all his quests. I went through all of them in the entire area - but then no NPC had anything else and not of them sent me off to Knox or anywhere else. I logged out for the night. But when I came back in - the scribe guy had the yellow ! over his head - I thought I'd check it out and sure enough there was a new quest, which turned out to be the Waterclock quest - which is the final quest in that zone.

LOVED that quest more than any other thus far.

This must have bugged out for me because I finished all the quests here at lvl 36 and the final quest did not yield any bag for me. Anyone else have this issue?

Uhm, the bag is in the chest at the end of the clockwork dungeon and automatically equipped when picked up. If you didn't loot it, you had to run all the way back to leave the dungeon. Did you have to do that?

Have the people who haven't got the bag actually done the clockwork tomb or not been able to get that quest?

The reason I ask is I posted a ticket about an unmarked NPC in this area as I was having a few problems finding her. She is stood next to the bridge over chasm on the left hand side before you cross it if you were heading towards the graveyard. I think she is an 'Acolyte'??? and as well has having no marker above her head she is also named incorrectly or not at all I can't remember, but speak to her and that will give you the quest if I remember correctly

I think you have to do all the available quests in that little subarea before Chettleballs gives you the Clocktower Quest. Did you do all the quests that the Harper girl next to him offers? Or the Mercenary Captain who's standing nearby? I believe you have to complete all of those before the last quest is offered.

You don't get Clockwork Guild Tomb quest if you are below a certain level seems. My lvl 36 cleric didn't get it while my lvl 33 rogue did. I tried getting the quest for my cleric with sharing from someone with the quest and it worked, BUT at the end you will NOT get the backpack, but only a rank 2 enchantment, while people at lover level get the full reward. That makes no sense at all, I know.

So it seems like you should not level too much till you are done in the graveyard? I ticketed it but got no response yet, guess my cleric is screwed.

You have to go back to Chettleballs after the quest to get the bag. You get the enchantment/rune from the chest at the end of the dungeon, but not the bag.

Chettleballs has nothing for my 36 cleric, just xp. Not sure how many patches back it was when you did it. It was today for me so..

If you are missing the quest for the bag then you did not finish all the quests required.

Even if you are level 60 you can go and do all the quests. You will not get a ! over the quest giver. You will have to talk to everyone. Do any and all quests then rinse/repeat until the final quest for the bag is given and you can complete.

Someone sharing the end quest of the chain will not give you the bag. You have to accomplish all the quests in the chain.

Good news, I finally got the "real" quest even at lvl 36/37. Seems like the prequel quests for "Clockwork Guild Tomb" are from the girl nearby named Harper Windle. She will give you at some time "artifact snatch" and then "wheels within wheels", that once handed in, will unlock "Clockwork Guild Tomb" by this Tristopher Chettlebell guy, which gives the 12 slots backpack then at end. So like someone pointed out, if you dont see ! above chattlebell or harper windle it may be because you are overleveled, just talk to them regardless.

I'm level 36 and i was able to find the quest "Artifact Snatch" from Harper Windle even though the marker was not there, she gave me the quest, and after that one she gave me "Wheels within wheels" and then i can talk to Tristopher Chettlebell to get the "Clockwork Guild Tomb" but i did NOT get the bag from the final loot chest, but once you go get out and go talk to Tristopher Chettlebell to finish the quest, he will give you the bag even at level 36 or higher.

From the time a major patch some two weeks back I've found that there are several quest givers whose icons have disappeared from atop their heads, several of which are in the Neverdeath graveyard area.

Chettlebell's quest line goes hand in hand with the Harper elf near him and both have to be completed before the Clocktower quest begins.

I had the same concern myself, as a 12 slot bag is nothing to sneeze at, but had done that line several times over so knew where to look.

Vix is correct. Both Chettlebell and Windle have to be interacted with to get the appropriate quest line. The icons may not appear above their heads but upon speaking with them the quest will be available.

No icon simply means you're overlevelled for the area. The quests are still there, but you don't get any indicators.

It has diddly squat to do with any patches.
